Success isn’t luck, it’s the result of your daily habits. Make bringing your A-GAME a daily habit: Action, Gratitude, Affirmations, Mindset, and Exercise. Lastly, don’t look for quick, drastic changes. Give the strategies in this workbook time to work for you. Developing a new habit can take as few as 30 days and as many as 90 days. Success isn’t guaranteed and you might not notice any changes right away, but with consistent practice and working on your plan daily, you just might start moving in a new direction - a direction that you created! It is important to take your time and consistently complete each section. Use the QR codes for additional videos and information to help you through the activities.
